Reporting directly to the Professional Education Manager, we are looking for a Junior Professional Education Advisor for our division in Italy. As a Junior Professional Education Advisor, you will play a crucial part in in defining and executing the Local Customer Education and Training Plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Line Manager in the creation of the annual BU training and education plan to HCPs ensuring relevant needs of various customer types are covered
• Accountable for planning & executing, deployment and follow up of training events;
• Serves as a project management subject of reference for agencies and other third parties involved in the plan organization (new)
• Support in management of Key Opinion Leaders
• Build relationships with specific Key Opinion Leaders
• Sample shipment management for Training events

What you will bring:

• Business or Science degree highly preferred.
• Minimum year of experience in a similar setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience an advantage.
• Professional resilience, positive and energetic
• Strong attitude to problem management and problem solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing assigned tasks
• Excellent verbal and written skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure and to deadlines.
• Good level of English
• Availability to work on Weekends
