Job Title: Junior Production Planner

Company: Grafton Engineering, a specialization of Gi Group Spa

Location: Milano (Cambiago, Vailate)

Industry: Packaging, including luxury, pharmaceutical, display, and external printing segments

Job Description:

We are seeking recent graduates for a position within our Planning Teams. The role involves scheduling production processes both internally and externally to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Senior Planner in defining production plans for each department/machine
2. Assessing workload via ERP and identifying bottlenecks to activate third-party processing
3. Checking raw material availability and coordinating with procurement if needed
4. Assisting in managing third-party operations, including material and equipment preparation
5. Monitoring medium-term delivery schedules to identify bottlenecks and optimize planning
6. Developing indicators and parameters to monitor production flow and support improvement projects
7. Managing projects aimed at continuous process improvement

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related technical/managerial fields

Skills: Good command of English (B2 level), proficiency in MS Office, and access to a vehicle

Soft Skills: Flexibility, curiosity, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Work Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
