Due to increased workload, we are announcing an open position for:

Junior Production Manager

To be a JPM at Gordon means to undertake the following activities:

1. Manage a team of operators daily, assign tasks by workplace, and adjust operator performance to meet efficiency targets.
2. Prepare the list of operations based on the garment technical sheet (Operation breakdown).
3. Measure and determine the duration of each operation.
4. Analyze and test working methods to increase efficiency.
5. Perform production data analysis using graphs and pivot tables.

Requirements:

• IV – VII level of education
• Analytical and mathematical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Teamwork attitude
• Interest in learning and working in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
