What do we do?

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

What will you do?

Main responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Senior PM, in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, medical, sales) throughout the product lifecycle

Support planning and execution of product launch or relaunch campaigns

Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and field feedback to optimize strategy

Plan, create, and publish content across corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with the approved strategy and compliant with AIFA and Farmindustria regulations.

Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with creative and medical teams to develop informative and compliant content.

To design appropriate targeting , positioning, and messaging across all customer segments to promote the product’s clinical attributes / benefits and value propositions.

To act as first support to the brand champion to share learnings and success with global teams.

Education & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Scientific Communication)

Pharmacy or Medical qualifications is essential preferable

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (e.g., Farmindustria Code)

Strong interest in digital communication and the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry

Languages : Italian &English.
