What do we do?

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We also market licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents, and other hospital-use products through our sales channels, which are promoted by a specialized sales team of over 260 professionals targeting hospitals, pharmacies, and medical professionals.

What will you do?

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager on market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (regulatory, medical, sales) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support planning and execution of product launch or relaunch campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and field feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Plan, create, and publish content across corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) in line with the approved strategy and compliant with AIFA and Farmindustria regulations.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with creative and medical teams to develop informative, compliant content.
  • Design targeted messaging across customer segments to highlight the product’s clinical attributes, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Act as the first support to the brand champion, sharing learnings and successes with global teams.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Scientific Communication).
  • Pharmacy or Medical qualifications are essential and preferable.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (e.g., Farmindustria Code).
  • Strong interest in digital communication and the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Languages: Italian & English.
