What do we do?

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We also market licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents, and other hospital-use products through our sales channels, including OTC pharmaceuticals.

Our specialized sales team, consisting of over 260 professionals, promotes our products to medical professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.

What will you do?
Main responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager on market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (regulatory, medical, sales) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launch or relaunch campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and field feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Create and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with strategy and compliant with AIFA and Farmindustria regulations.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate with creative and medical teams to develop compliant and informative content.
  • Design targeted messaging to promote the product’s clinical benefits and value propositions across customer segments.
  • Support the brand champion in sharing learnings and successes with global teams.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Scientific Communication).
  • Pharmacy or Medical qualifications are essential and preferable.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (e.g., Farmindustria Code).
  • Strong interest in digital communication and the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Languages: Italian & English.
