A leading SaaS management firm is seeking a Product Owner to execute the roadmap for their software platform. In this role, you will communicate with various teams, manage product backlogs, and ensure that development tasks are effectively prioritized. The ideal candidate is experienced in SaaS product management, has excellent communication skills in English, and is proficient in Microsoft 365. Competenze

• Prior experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar product-oriented position.
• Strong team player but also a self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of handholding.
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, agile environment with previous experience in SaaS product management.
• Confidence and knowledge to run demos and discussions with stakeholders.
• Superior writing and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business tools.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 as an end user.

• Job Summary

In this key role, you will execute the roadmap for the development and direction of our world-class SaaS Management Platform. You must be able to communicate effectively with different groups of people in the organization, including the sales and marketing teams, the customer experience team, the product research & development team, and the content production team. You will work as part of the broader product management team and will report to the Vice President of Products.

• Responsibilities
• Serves as the primary interface between the customers, internal stakeholders, and development. Act as the voice of our customers during sprint planning and product development.
• Tends to the team’s product backlog, ensuring that epics, stories, bugs, and other development tasks are defined, prioritized, and sized effectively.
• Works with the development team to determine the most efficient sequence of development.
• Provides day-to-day product guidance / leadership for agile teams. Actively involved in development activities to ensure that development is proceeding as expected.
• Presents new product functionality and enhancements to stakeholders in regular demos.
• Maintains the scope of the project to meet milestones.
• Provides stakeholders with relevant deployment updates and changes to the planned scope or timeline.
• Assists with internal training and enablement activities as part of the release process.
• Engages with customers to assist with customer success efforts.
• Responsible for ensuring that appropriate security controls and secure development principles are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Ensuring that software is properly assessed and tested for security vulnerabilities prior to implementation. Ensuring that secure coding principles are practiced as part of software engineering activities.
• Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar product-oriented position
• Strong team player but also a self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of handholding and can keep up with changes introduced by Microsoft.
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, agile environment with previous experience in SaaS product management and / or development.
• The confidence and knowledge to be able to run demos and discussions of the products with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Superior writing and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and / or present professionally to customers.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 as an end user, and knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies, and related service offerings
