• About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Process Technologist to join our team. The role reports to the Senior Technologist and involves contributing to product realization through management of process parameters.

• Main Responsibilities

As a Junior Process Technologist, you will provide technological process management and advice to set up the production cycle, analyze processes, and identify corrective actions. You will serve as a key interface with the Senior Technologist and Production Managers for technological improvements and new projects related to production lines.

• Your role will include

Executing tests and new recipe testing, defining new technological methods, and monitoring production parameters, including collaboration with Technical R&D Category.

• You will be involved in

Activities aimed at identifying and proposing areas for growth, such as machinery features and functionalities related to raw materials and semi-finished goods, in collaboration with Technical R&D and Maintenance teams.

• Additional responsibilities

Ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards are maintained.

• Who we are looking for

A candidate with a Master’s Degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering. Passion and curiosity for the food sector are highly valued. Strong communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English, are essential to facilitate intercultural competence. Practical work experience, internships, voluntary activities, or international experiences are a plus.
