We are looking for a highly dedicated and flexible Personal Assistant to the CEO, capable of providing comprehensive support across both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate is a university student or a recent graduate, proactive, adaptable, and available across different time zones to accommodate the CEO’s dynamic schedule. This is a remote position that requires absolute discretion, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Support: Manage all aspects of the CEO’s professional and personal life with complete availability and a proactive approach.
2. Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee a complex agenda, organize meetings, and handle international travel across multiple time zones.
3. Task & Project Management: Track key deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.
4. Personal & Lifestyle Management: Handle personal errands, travel arrangements, appointments, and any private matters as required.
5. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
6. Discretion & Trustworthiness: Manage highly confidential information with absolute professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Availability & Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
2. Proactive & Hands-On Approach: A self-starter who takes initiative and ensures the CEO’s day runs smoothly.
3. Language: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
4. Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI Tools, and scheduling tools.
5. Discretion & Reliability: A trusted professional who handles all responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality.
