Job Description:

Adecco financial services research, for leading companies in online luxury and fashion, is looking for a JUNIOR PAYMENT SPECIALIST.

The candidate will support the Payment Team and will be involved in the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in update and monitoring activities of Group suppliers' accounts;
  • Manage accounting and operating activities and payments to suppliers;
  • Coordinate with the Group's operational functions (Services and Stock) to determine related payment activities and flow;
  • Collaborate with the Treasury to determine cash flows needed for planning;
  • Assist in contact management with the Cost Accounting Team;
  • Reconcile accounts for payments and communicate with suppliers;
  • Process and record final payment orders for suppliers according to internal procedures;
  • Participate in the annual accounting closure process and reporting;
  • Support activities related to compliance and process controls within the function.
Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma in accounting or university degree in economics;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • Understanding of accounting principles;
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel;
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems and Navision is a plus.
