Una società di headhunting e recruiting cerca un Junior Office & Marketing Assistant per supportare il Direttore Generale nella gestione delle sue attività. La posizione prevede il lavoro in smartworking per l'80% del tempo e include una varietà di responsabilità nel marketing e nell'amministrazione. Il candidato ideale dovrebbe avere un buon background accademico e almeno un anno di esperienza nel ruolo, insieme a forti competenze organizzative e comunicative.

Sales Line, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting a Junior Office & Marketing Assistant for the Milan office (80% smartworking) who will support the Managing Director in managing their agenda, as well as providing support in administrative, marketing, and back-office activities.

  • Support the Managing Director, Benedetto Caramanna, in the development of Sales Line.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Managing Director in planning all annual activities, ensuring through weekly meetings that execution aligns with the action plan, intervening proactively with a problem-solving approach.
  • Assist the Managing Director in executing their agenda, particularly for Marketing events.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications : The Office Manager manages communications within the office, among employees, and with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. This may include answering phone calls, managing emails, coordinating meetings, and planning events.
  • Assist the Managing Director with all marketing activities.
  • Manage documentation : responsible for managing and archiving company documentation, including contracts, legal documents, internal policies, and other relevant documents, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Oversee secretarial activities : supervise secretarial tasks such as meeting scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Manage the issuance of active invoices and their sending to clients, also handling the payment of passive invoices and supporting the accountant.
  • Manage office expenses and budget : responsible for managing office expenses, including purchases, supplies, services, as well as planning and monitoring the office budget.
  • Provide general administrative support to the organization, such as maintaining records and managing employee inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has an excellent academic background.
  • Has at least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant.
  • Possesses high-level organizational skills, able to identify priorities, urgencies, and deadlines.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and effective communication complete the profile.
  • Has a good knowledge of English (at least B2).

WORK LOCATION :

80% smartworking - Milan office 1 time a week to meet with the Managing Director.
