Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Navigation System and Solution Architect

Profile:

• Graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science, with significant experience in architecture and engineering systems.
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to engage and develop teams through collaborative and challenging approaches.
• Responsible, proactive, and with a strong sense of initiative.
• Convincing and persuasive communicator.
• Enjoys customer engagement.
• Good communication and relationship skills.

Competencies:

• Understanding of operational concepts.
• Deep knowledge of the field and its technical strategy.
• Familiarity with operational analysis.
• Experience with co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya, etc.).
• Ability to understand project actors from various perspectives (political, economic, social, technical, environmental, legal).
• Knowledge of Concept, Design, Experimentation, and Simulation tools, including MBSE.
• Experience with Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification, and Agile methods.

Nice to Have:

• Basic telecommunication principles (propagation error, access schema, modulations, etc.).
• Satellite navigation principles (how they work, key performance parameters).
• Familiarity with simulation tools like Matlab, STK, etc.
• Interest in participating in international meetings with European Space actors (ESA, EUSPA, EC, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Lean Engineering, SAFe).
