I candidati ideali avranno esperienza in progetti di media e grandi dimensioni e contribuiranno a diversi aspetti creativi, dalla concezione alla realizzazione finale. Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza su progetti di media/grandi dimensioni.
• Esperienza nel settore Hospitality, Retail, Residenziale.

Mansioni

• Collaborare con architetti e designer senior su progetti.
• Creare ed editare piani e alzati usando AutoCAD e Photoshop.
• Preparare design concettuali e presentazioni per la revisione.

We are currently recruiting for JUNIOR / MID WEIGHT ARCHITECTS, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS and INTERIOR DESIGNERS to be part of our expanding team based in Chieti (Abruzzo - ITALY)
• Skills and experience required
• Experience working on mid / large-scale projects, ideally Hospitality, Retail, Mixed-Use, Residential, Urban Planning and Landscape projects, from the concept to the final stages - Ability to collaborate with other departments and good team worker - Strong communication skills including verbal, written and visual - Attention to details - Fluency in English is important, and knowledge of German would be an added advantage, but not compulsory - Proven experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft suite - Proficiency with Revit and 3D software is preferable - Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Role and responsibilities
• You will be working, alongside senior Architects and Designers, in one of our specialised departments - Under their guide, you will take care of some of the creative aspects of the project, from the concept to the final stages, collaborating with the other departments - You will be creating and editing plans, elevations using AutoCAD and Photoshop - Creating mood boards using InDesign - Prepare concept designs and presentations for review by senior Architects - Fabric sourcing, ordering samples and finishes for projects - FF&E sourcing, specification, procurement, and installation - Support the design team with administration, planning and design Salary will be dependent on experience.
