Junior Medical Advisor Specialty Care (Staff Leasing) - 223665

The Position

As a Junior Medical Advisor in Specialty Care, you will be an expert for the assigned product, providing scientific support within therapeutic areas to internal and external stakeholders. Your role involves fostering credible and unbiased medical and scientific dialogue to ensure an effective presence in the company's therapeutic area. You will support the implementation of scientific initiatives (advisory boards, digital activities, clinical, epidemiological, observational trials, etc.), following strategic and tactical plans aligned with the Brand Plan, while meeting timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.

This position offers a permanent contract with an external agency.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with medical affairs and cross-functional teams to define and implement key strategic messages and medical activities, including digital editorial plans.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with medical associations, external experts, and relevant stakeholders to enhance scientific knowledge and collaboration within the therapeutic area.
3. Monitor clinical trials within the area of competence to ensure scientific validity, compliance, and support for publication in scientific journals.
4. Provide scientific advice to Regulatory Authorities through the Local Regulatory Affairs (LRA) team for documentation purposes.
5. Coordinate with Corporate Medical Affairs to develop communication strategies and medical/scientific initiatives that ensure compliant scientific communication about company products.
6. Participate in training for customer-facing roles.
7. Ensure all interactions and activities adhere to the highest ethical standards, quality, and company values.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or related field; higher degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD) are a plus.
• Scientific Degree; MD degree in Medicine is a plus but not mandatory.
• Solid medical/scientific background with experience in oncology, rare diseases, or respiratory areas is preferred.
• Experience in launching new drugs is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and clinical research regulations (GCP).
• Customer-focused with strong communication and negotiation skills.
