IRCA Group in Gallarate, Italy, invites a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing operations. You will analyze equipment, support new production lines, and work with maintenance teams to improve reliability and performance.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems. Fluency in Italian and English, 40-hour week, CCNL Alimentare Industria, and meal vouchers are provided.

Qualificações

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of experience as Mechanical Engineer in manufacturing (food or pharma preferred).
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing systems.

Responsabilidades

Analyze the mechanical aspects of equipment and production systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the optimization and innovation of industrial processes, supporting efficiency and performance improvements.
Support the technical development of equipment and solutions, evaluating the most suitable technologies for each project.
Monitor the performance and proper functioning of equipment and processes, providing technical support to the Maintenance team.
Contribute to engineering projects related to new production lines and equipment.
