Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering, strong interest in mechanical systems, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Competenze

• Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with BIM methodology.

Role description :

Arcadis is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to assist our Engineering & Construction team. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary design teams throughout all project phases, from preliminary or concept design to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client requests.

The team will provide resources with both design and control skills, and experience in verifying project execution statuses, fostering collaboration and team spirit.

We seek a passionate colleague who can support daily operations and deepen your knowledge in the field.

Role accountabilities :

• Support feasibility studies, preliminary, final, and executive design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for civil and industrial buildings;
• Coordinate with different disciplines for integrated design;
• Collaborate with Arcadis Excellence Center for detailed design;
• Review technical documents and graphics produced by third parties;
• Assist in project development using BIM on REVIT software;
• Contribute to technical reports, project specifications, Legge 10 reports, and energy certifications;
• Participate in due diligence activities and technical appraisals;
• Support energy modeling using calculation software.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Strong interest in mechanical systems for buildings;
• Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Master’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering;
• Proficiency in English (B2 / C1);
• Good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software;
• Familiarity with BIM methodology;
• Basic understanding of technical legislation for ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and energy consumption (regional and national regulations);
• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn from senior colleagues;
• Proactive, positive mindset;
• Ability to maintain productivity remotely.
