Munters is seeking a motivated Junior Designer to join our team in Italy. This early-career role focuses on developing design skills while contributing to a variety of projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining 3D models and technical drawings, supporting engineering projects, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with internal and external partners. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a technical design or engineering environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
