Job Description:

Bulgari Italia, within the JWA -Jewels, Watches, Accessories- Marketing Department, based in Rome, is searching for an enthusiastic and highly organized Junior Marketing Specialist (definite period contract) to support the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives for our Business Partner channel which includes Franchisees and Wholesalers located in Italy and South-East Europe (Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Malta, Cipro, Israel, and Ukraine).

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the following main activities:

• Support the definition and implementation of a structured Marketing plan for Business Partners
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events organized in collaboration with Business Partners
• Support the definition and management of Business Partners Media plans including traditional, social, online, and OOH visibility
• Support the management of Visual Merchandising activities for Franchisee and Wholesalers doors
• Manage suppliers’ data for administrative purposes
• Ad hoc post-event analysis
• Monthly report to HQ, Internal meeting preparation, and presentation

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years in similar positions
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – familiarity with ZOOM / Teams platforms
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Planning and Organization
• Distinctive relational and communication skills
