About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you’ll support our Client Directors in delivering loyalty campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands - from pitch preparation through to campaign execution.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and rollout of in-store promotions and reward-based marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Analyse client briefs and gather relevant information for pitch development

  • Prepare engaging and visually strong PowerPoint presentations

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Assist in selecting suitable products, digital activations, and promotional ideas

  • Input project information into internal systems

  • Join client meetings alongside senior team members

Post-Sales Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate day-to-day campaign activities and timelines

  • Draft briefs for creative teams and review materials (text, images, catalogues)

  • Manage internal and client approvals

  • Support in drafting contracts and campaign terms

  • Liaise with external agencies for store checks and promotional execution

  • Organise photo and video shoots for marketing assets

  • Maintain regular contact with client counterparts


  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level)

  • Strong attention to detail and design sense for presentation work

  • Confident communicator and natural collaborator

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn

  • Good command of English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred)

  • Fluent in Italian
