About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you’ll support our Client Directors in delivering loyalty campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands - from pitch preparation through to campaign execution.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and rollout of in-store promotions and reward-based marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
Analyse client briefs and gather relevant information for pitch development
Prepare engaging and visually strong PowerPoint presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in selecting suitable products, digital activations, and promotional ideas
Input project information into internal systems
Join client meetings alongside senior team members
Post-Sales Campaign Management:
Coordinate day-to-day campaign activities and timelines
Draft briefs for creative teams and review materials (text, images, catalogues)
Manage internal and client approvals
Support in drafting contracts and campaign terms
Liaise with external agencies for store checks and promotional execution
Organise photo and video shoots for marketing assets
Maintain regular contact with client counterparts
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level)
Strong attention to detail and design sense for presentation work
Confident communicator and natural collaborator
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
Good command of English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred)
Fluent in Italian
