Role

As a Marketing Executive, your mission is to support the team in executing marketing initiatives and analyzing performance to strengthen our brand presence and impact.

Your responsibilities

  • Content & Community Management (Italy): Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist in Spain to adapt and implement the brand’s content strategy for the Italian market. Translate the visual identity and tone of voice to resonate with the Italian audience, ensuring consistency across channels. Create social media content, blog posts, and digital campaigns to engage and grow our community.
  • Event Coordination: Manage our presence at key industry events in Italy, from stand design and interactive experiences to coordinating communication and side-events like dinners. Amplify participation through social media, working closely with our Events Lead in Spain for alignment.
  • Creative Design & Visual Production: Create visual assets for events, booths, and promotional materials aligned with our brand guidelines. Design downloadable materials like guides and catalogs, and develop presentations and success stories for key accounts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
  • SEO & Press Support: Improve brand visibility on search engines through a keyword-driven blog strategy in collaboration with an external agency. Review Italian content and occasionally write market-specific posts. Assist with press releases in coordination with our PR partner Serena Orizi or other providers, especially when sharing significant news or achievements.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Passion for digital marketing and brand development
  • Proactive self-starter with a “hunter” mentality — able to lead projects independently and solve problems proactively
  • Creative communicator with strong design and writing skills
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with social media management and event planning
  • Adaptable, coachable, and ownership-driven — capable of finding solutions and making things happen
  • Bonus: experience creating video content
