Hitachi Energy is seeking a motivated Junior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategic Marketing team. You will develop market insights, forecasts and intelligence to support commercial and strategic decision-making in the energy transition.

You will work at the intersection of market analysis, data modeling, and digital innovation in the backdrop of energy transition, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Exposure to the energy sector is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in: Excel/PowerPoint or similar
• Familiarity with data analysis or modeling techniques
• Exposure to AI tools
• Strong business English communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market forecasting models
• Analyze internal and external data sources to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities
