To strengthen our Chemicals Division in Milano, Italy, we are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Junior Market Analyst Trainee. This role involves market analysis, lead prospecting, marketing and sales development support within the perimeter of specific business development projects in the field of the specialty chemical and semifinished industrial products.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Leader and will take care of :

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project leader and the commercial team alongside the implementation phases of the project and in compliance with the project goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the chemical and semi-finished industrial products sector.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and other web tools.
  • Acquire, organize and share the relevant market info and key drivers related to specific business development project / s.
  • Interact with potential customers and suppliers building relationships to support business growth.
  • Utilize social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for promotional activities and leads generation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for CellMark’s business partners or internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in short business travels within EU countries, including visits to customers & suppliers, trade-shows, production plants and similar.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in foreign Languages, Economics, Marketing, or related.
  • Italian mother tongue with fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages and / or background in marketing & sales will be considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people inside and outside the company notwithstanding geographic, languages, and cultural differences.
  • Comfortable with contacting and interacting with new potential customers.
  • Familiarity with social media communication and promotion, especially LinkedIn.
  • Open mind, curiosity, positive attitude and willingness to learn by embrace new challenges complete the ideal profile.
