As a Junior Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance work in compliance with safety and environmental protection conditions, within the Taranto Refinery which, within the Refining Evolution and Transformation (REVT) function, focuses on traditional refining, primary logistics, and portfolio optimization.
Main activities:
- Carry out correct and timely formulation of fault diagnoses.
- Support the maintenance manager in specialized maintenance troubleshooting.
- Manage the electrical systems of the refinery cabins and distribution systems both in terms of operation and maintenance.
- Carry out sectioning for maintenance work without power.
- Provide support in the management and coordination of electrical maintenance activities carried out by third-party companies, agreeing with them the type and method of execution in compliance with company procedures and standards and safety and environmental protection conditions.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance measures.
- Ensure the analysis, planning, scheduling, and execution of the work within its competence, also through the coordination of external companies, verifying their correctness from a technical, economic, and safety point of view.
- Verify compliance with the estimated costs of individual jobs and provide the central maintenance manager with evidence of any deviations.
- Analyze the costs for the maintenance interventions of competence (technical-economic control of the individual works).
- Provide measurement sheets certifying the activities carried out on work orders.
- Prepare the update of technical documentation following works that have involved changes.
- Update the Palladio system with the activities carried out on the systems under your jurisdiction.
- Manage the computer archive of events/maintenance in order to track the maintenance history of the equipment to develop effective KPIs to evaluate maintenance performance.
Required features:
- High school diploma in a technical field, preferably with electrical or electronic specialization.
- Maximum 3 years work experience.
- Preferable knowledge of the operation of electrical equipment, panels, transformers, UPS, cabins, etc.
- Knowledge of the plant and products is preferable.
