Job Description

Max Mara Group is seeking selected candidates eager to pursue an international professional path to develop competencies and skills, and to start a managerial career within our companies.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A high-level post-graduate degree in economics, business, management, or equivalent
• At least one year of international experience through studies or internships
• Up to one year of professional experience
• Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional foreign language
• High motivation and keen interest in the fashion industry
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Negotiation, marketing, and effective communication skills
