Descrizione del lavoro

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Affairs Assistant to support our team in Milan.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international pharmaceutical environment.

  • Support the team in drafting and updating company contract templates;
  • Contribute to the preparation of legal documents and support corporate governance and trademark management activities;
  • Perform legal research and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies;
  • Support in evaluating AI-related risks, conducting legal research on cybersecurity and data protection, supporting in GDPR-related activities, and updating internal procedures and contract templates.

To be considered for this role, you must possess :

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field;
  • Fluency in English - written and spoken;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint);
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Bar admission and previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry are considered assets.
