Job Title: Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support our operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

YOUR TASKS

1. Providing legal advice on contracts, business agreements, and corporate regulations
2. Assisting with legal matters related to intellectual property, privacy, and compliance
3. Collaborating with different company divisions to prevent and resolve legal disputes
4. Monitoring regulatory developments and proposing solutions to ensure compliance
5. Supporting the management of labor and corporate law cases
6. Releasing bank guarantees
7. Accepting and managing reports from group companies

YOUR PROFILE

1. Completed or ongoing law degree
2. At least passed exams in civil law, commercial law, and labor law required
3. Experience in corporate and commercial law is an advantage
4. Knowledge of national and European corporate regulations
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite
6. Excellent analytical and communication skills, precision, and reliability
7. Knowledge of German, Italian, and English
