We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Electrification business. As Junior Legal Counsel and member of the Electrification Regional legal team in Europe, you will ensure support to EL businesses in Italy.

Responsibilities

• This position reports to: Legal Counsel
• Develop close working relationships with internal customers including management
• Provide cross-border legal support
• Demonstrate strong experience and management of privacy matters
• Participate and assist in contracts, agreements, and consortium activities
• Review bids, negotiations, contracts, policies and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties to ensure policy compliance
• Support in managing contractual claims
• Promote and ensure employees conduct business in compliance with directives and local laws
• Implement the compliance / integrity Group program
• Provide training to employees on contractual matters

Qualifications

• A Law degree with certificate in legal practice or subsequent legal / professional qualifications
• A practicing lawyer with at least 2 / 3 years’ working experience in a major corporation or in a leading law firm
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business clients
• Self-motivated with the ability to progressively work with autonomy
