You will report to the Senior Legal Counsel - Southern Europe Hub (Italy, Portugal & Spain) and collaborate closely with legal teams across countries. After training, you will draft and review legal documents, focusing on commercial, consumer, and competition law, and handle corporate housekeeping matters. Your work will mainly involve corporate and commercial legal issues, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating complex agreements, and engaging in M&A, antitrust, privacy, and IP matters.
You will have the opportunity to develop skills in other legal areas aligned with your interests.
