Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing CNC machinery, and assembly production line, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment as directed
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to senior operators or Manager
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Required and Preferred Qualification
- High school diploma Mechatronic or first level Engineer Mechanical/Mechatronic
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to read/understand Mechanical and/or Electronic/Eectrical schemes and drawings
- Common Instruments measurement basic knowledge
- 1-2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Print circuit board (PCB) and electronic welding parts
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in operating standard manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with basic computer applications for documentation and reporting
- Understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
- CAD/Solid Works knowledge will be a plus
