Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Lawyer to join our team in Turin.

• Contract Drafting & Review: Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, including agreements with suppliers, clients, administrations and partners within the sector.
• Manage extensions and renegotiation of contracts, mainly land contracts
• Provide general legal advice to the local team.
• Proceedings before notaries, registries and public agencies.
• Support in drafting, review and negotiation of leasing and land purchase and sale agreements subject to Italian law in the framework of renewable energy projects, as well as collaboration agreements, NDAs, and any other agreements related to the activity of the company.
• Monitoring Land department
• Drafting minutes of general shareholders meetings and board of directors meetings and keep corporate books

Qualifications:

• Law degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Italian civil and commercial law.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a must.
• Fluent level of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player willing to integrate in an organization of highly motivated people for whom personal values represent a priority in everything that we do.
• Availability to travel within the national territory
