General Role: The Junior IT System Administrator will support users via phone, remote access, and onsite. Responsibilities include deploying new devices, managing Active Directory accounts, deploying security patches, and creating IT procedures. The role covers Italy and Greece, supporting 12 stores, 4 warehouses, and 2 headquarters, with travel required. The position is based at the Milan head office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to 350 users across 2 countries and 14 sites.
  • Resolve user issues promptly and accurately.
  • Configure and deploy equipment such as laptops, desktops, iOS devices, printers, and retail devices.
  • Create user guides for common issues.
  • Monitor and deploy security patches for IT security.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts.
  • Maintain inventory of user devices.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and HQ IT teams in Paris.
  • Conduct IT inductions for new employees.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an IT focus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
  • Experience in user support.
  • Knowledge of iOS devices and MDM management.
  • Cybersecurity awareness.
  • Methodical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
