Le candidat sélectionné soutiendra le responsable IT en gérant les tickets, en configurant des PC et en résolvant des problèmes matériels et logiciels. Ce poste est dédié aux personnes appartenant aux catégories protégées et nécessite une certification liée à la loi 68/99.

Job Opportunity: Junior IT Support (Categories Protected - Law 68/99)

QiBit, the ICT division of Gi Group S.p.A., an Employment Agency (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), specializes in selecting, training, and developing IT professionals for the Italian market.

We are seeking for an important energy service company a:

Junior IT Support - belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99)

The selected candidate will support the IT manager, managing tickets, configuring PCs and printers, and resolving hardware and software issues.

Requirements:

• Membership in Protected Categories Art. 1/18 Law 68/99
• Strong interest in new technologies and IT
• Diploma in technical/scientific subjects
• Good teamwork skills, operational flexibility, and willingness to grow and learn

Additional Details:

• Work location: Turin, with the possibility of smart working
• Type of contract: Direct contract with the company
• Working hours: Full-time 9-18

• Salary: To be agreed based on experience
