HMS Networks is seeking a Junior Sales Account Manager for the Italian market to support customers in Northern and Central Italy, advise on our Industrial Automation and Industrial Communication solutions, and contribute to business growth.

The role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on sales experience in industrial automation or industrial communication, who can travel regularly within Italy and translate technical needs into commercial solutions.

Competenze

2–5 years of hands-on sales experience in industrial automation or industrial communication
Experience with device manufacturers, OEMs, or machine builders preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent technical education
Willingness to travel regularly within Italy

Mansioni

Manage and develop existing customers in Northern and Central Italy
Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities
Own the assigned sales territory with targets, pipeline, forecasting, and account planning
Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and identify opportunities
Advise customers on technical products and applications
Coordinate quotations and develop commercial proposals; conduct negotiations
Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing
Use CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities
Monitor market and competitor developments
