About us:

We are a company belonging to a Japanese multinational group, leader in the design and production of ELECTRIC MOTORS with a strong presence in the international market. We are seeking a Junior Indirect Procurement Clerk.

Main activities:

• Creating Purchase Orders (POs) and matching invoices with POs using SAP Workflow, and sending POs to vendors.
• Creating downpayment requests in SAP.
• Filling out forms and contracts, then sending them for signature.
• Basic communication with vendors.
• Sending quotation requests to vendors.
• Creating tickets for Master Data (MD) changes and collecting data from vendors.
• Handling spot requests for bank data verification or MD adjustments.

Position Overview:

The candidate will support daily operations in a fast-growing environment within the Indirect Procurement department. The position offers a long-term perspective with potential for organizational growth. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as processes and organizational structures evolve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
