What will you do?

• Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job ads, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, record-keeping, mandatory training as per law 81 / 08).
• Support company and HR Team to collect and keep updated certifications.
• Contribute to attendance management and payroll data preparation.
• Participate in planning training programs and corporate development projects.
• Handle employer branding and internal communication activities to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• A degree in humanities, law, or economics.
• At least 6 months of previous experience in an HR role.
• Good knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administration processes.
• Familiarity with the CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce).
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (preferred).
