Job description

We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Junior HR & Operations Coordinator to support our team across day-to-day HR administration, employee experience and studio operations.

You will play an important role in supporting our people and keeping the studio running smoothly, combining HR coordination with hands-on operational support, employee wellbeing initiatives and practical office management.

This is a broad and varied junior role where you will support employees and freelancers throughout their time with us, from recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR administration. You will also help coordinate travel, relocation, internal events and the practical needs of our studio.

This is a great opportunity to develop experience across HR, People Operations and studio management, taking on a role that combines people support, organisation and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR & People Support
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and internal trackers, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting throughout the hiring process.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and freelancers, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Assist employees and freelancers with routine HR-related questions, escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Support the administration of holidays, absences, working time and other employee information.
  • Help coordinate employee relocations, including appointments, documentation, accommodation, legal and practical arrangements.
  • Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
Operations & employee experience
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, anticipating operational needs and helping resolve practical issues.
  • Help coordinate business travel, accommodation, meetings and appointments.
  • Manage office supplies, refreshments and workplace essentials, ensuring the team has what they need.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives, daily workplace perks and team activities, helping create a welcoming and positive studio environment.
  • Help organise internal events, team gatherings and other employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain organised company documentation and general studio administration.
  • Assist with operational projects and ad hoc requests across the business.
  • Look for simple ways to make everyday processes clearer, more efficient and better organised.

Some tasks will be planned, while others may arise unexpectedly. The role may involve moving between candidate communication, spreadsheets, travel arrangements and urgent studio requests within the same day, so the ability to manage changing priorities while keeping track of the details is important.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and naturally helpful. They will enjoy making things run smoothly, supporting others and taking satisfaction in being someone the team can rely on.

They should be curious, willing to learn and comfortable taking responsibility. They will pay close attention to detail, handle confidential information with care and communicate proactively when something is unclear or not going to plan.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable with administrative responsibilities and practical, hands-on tasks, and who enjoys contributing to a positive and well-organised working environment.

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional and friendly communication.
  • Confidence in managing several tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  • A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, records and administrative data.
  • Good digital literacy and confidence learning new tools and systems.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR, People Operations or studio operations.
  • These would be helpful, but please do not be discouraged from applying if you do not have all of them:
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, office administration or operations.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or employee administration.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or HR management systems.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, expenses or financial administration.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in an HR, People Operations or recruitment support role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or employee databases.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or employee administration.
  • Basic knowledge of employment administration or HR processes.
  • Basic understanding of accounting or financial administration.
  • Experience using accounting or expense-management software.
  • Italian language skills are a bonus
What We Offer
  • Broad, practical experience across HR, recruitment, employee experience and studio operations.
  • Support and guidance as you develop your knowledge and skills.
  • The opportunity to work with an international team in a creative, fast-moving industry.
  • Exposure to the full employee and freelancer lifecycle.
  • The chance to take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to improving the way we work.
  • Salary: Entry level
  • Working arrangement: Onsite, Tenerife studio
