Responsibilities
Assist CHRO with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Keep candidate pipelines and team communication flowing
Proactively search for talent beyond TON Jobs (Telegram, job boards, etc)
Maintain HR records, schedules, and support policy rollouts
Requirements
Some experience in HR or admin roles (internship or part-time is okay)
Good communication and people skills
Russian language is a must-have (please confirm in your application)
Bonus : Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or gaming communities
