Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior HR Manager in Montano Lucino (CO) or Arco (TN) to contribute to human resources management in line with company policies.

Main Opportunities and Challenges

  • Improve the organizational model of the plant
  • Implement standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment for blue-collar positions with line managers and temp agencies
  • Assist in white-collar recruitment
  • Coordinate and implement individual Development Plans (IDP)
  • Organize training projects and onboarding for new hires
  • Support HR KPI management such as labor costs, absenteeism, turnover, and propose improvements
  • Assist in internal communication processes and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with EHS norms and collaborate with the EHS Manager
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations; support union relations

Requirements

Education : University Master’s in Economics or Law

Experience : Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a multinational company

Hard Skills :

  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Master in Human Resources Management (plus)

Soft Skills :

  • Leadership
  • Teamwork
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
