Position Summary

In compliance with company policies, contribute to the management of plant human resources.

Main Opportunities and Challenges
  • Organization: Contribute to improving the organizational model of the plant and ensure the proper implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with Line Managers and Temp Agencies to recruit blue-collar workers; contribute to white-collar recruitment.
  • Training and People Development: Coordinate and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP); organize plant training projects, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
  • Business Partnership and KPI Management: Support HR KPI monitoring such as labor costs, holiday usage, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover; propose improvement actions.
  • Internal Communication: Support communication processes and special projects.
  • EHS Norms and Procedures Management: Ensure industrial safety and protection of plant properties, collaborating with the EHS Manager.
  • Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations; contribute to union negotiations.

Job Position Requirements
  • University master's degree in Economics or Law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
