A leading multinational manufacturer in Campione d'Italia is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in HR roles, a Master's degree in Economics or Law, and excellent communication skills. In compliance with company policies, contribute to the management of plant human resources.
Organization:
• Contribute to improving the organizational model of the plant.
• Ensure proper implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
Recruitment and Selection:
• Collaborate with Line Managers and Temp Agencies for blue-collar recruitment.
• Assist in white-collar recruitment.
Training and People Development:
• Coordinate and implement the Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Organize plant training projects, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
Business Partnership and KPI Management:
• Support the monitoring of HR KPIs such as labor cost, holidays, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover, proposing improvements or recovery actions monthly.
Internal Communication:
• Support communication processes and special projects.
EHS Norms and Procedures Management:
• Ensure safety and property protection in collaboration with the EHS Manager.
Labor Relations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations.
• Contribute to negotiations and union relations.
Working in a multinational context, managing complexity.
Managing multiple activities simultaneously with prioritization.
Educational Background: University Master’s degree in Economics or Law.
