Un'agenzia per il lavoro a Milano cerca un Junior HR Generalist per supportare l'HR Country officer. Le responsabilità includono la gestione delle relazioni con i dipendenti e la coordinazione di programmi di conformità. È richiesta una laurea in Risorse Umane o Diritto del Lavoro e la conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese. Contratto a tempo pieno di 12 mesi.

Competenze

• Laurea in Risorse Umane o Diritto del Lavoro richiesta.
• Esperienza nella gestione di eventi HR.
• Conoscenze di relazioni sindacali fondamentali.

Mansioni

• Supportare l'HR Country officer nelle relazioni con i dipendenti.
• Implementare le politiche di relazioni con i dipendenti.
• Coordinare i programmi di relazioni sindacali.

Conoscenze

Gestione di eventi e processi del ciclo di vita dei dipendenti HR

Esperienza in un ambiente internazionale

Fluente in italiano e inglese

Formazione

Junior HR Generalist - Labour Relations

In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activities:

• implementation of the organization's employee relations
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
• HR projects
• Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests
• HR employee life cycle events and processes
• All other duties as assigned

What we'll need from you:

• Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes
• Experience with international environment
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Education: Bachelors / University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and / or Employment law)
• Time Type: Full time Fixed term contract 12 months
