As a Junior HR Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Controller EMEA and local HR teams. Your contributions will ensure efficient and strategic HR financial management across the region.

You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international HR environment, with mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative work culture.

What makes up your day
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in developing and maintaining HR budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Analyzing personnel costs and preparing strategic presentations for top management and Board meetings.
  3. Controlling and Reporting: Support the HR Controller in monitoring and controlling HR-related expenses to maintain budget compliance. Assist in generating and analyzing reports on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to top management and stakeholders.
  4. Salary Review and Bonus Payout: Support the HR Controller in facilitating the annual salary review process, including data analysis and documentation. Assist in administering and calculating bonus payouts, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  5. Sales Commissions: Assist in maintaining records of sales performance and commissions, resolving discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline the commission calculation process.

We’re looking for someone who :
  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Has strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Is fluent in English (additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in Business Analysis is preferred.
