JUNIOR HR CONTROLLER EMEA

As a Junior HR Controller, you’ll support the HR Controller EMEA and local HR teams, ensuring efficient and strategic HR financial management across the region. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international HR environment with mentorship, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative work culture.

What makes up your day

  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in developing and maintaining HR budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
    • Analyze personnel costs and prepare strategic presentations for management and Board meetings.
  2. Controlling and Reporting:
    • Support monitoring HR-related expenses to maintain budget compliance.
    • Assist in generating and analyzing reports on HR KPIs for management and stakeholders.
  3. Salary Review and Bonus Payout:
    • Support the annual salary review process, including data analysis and documentation.
    • Assist in administering and calculating bonus payouts, ensuring adherence to policies.
  4. Sales Commissions:
    • Maintain records of sales performance and commission payouts, resolving discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline the commission calculation process.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Has strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Is fluent in English (additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or Business Analysis is preferred.
