As a Junior HR Controller, you will support the HR Controller EMEA and local HR teams, ensuring efficient and strategic HR financial management across the region. Your daily responsibilities include

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in developing and maintaining HR budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
• Analyzing personnel costs and preparing strategic presentations for top management and Board meetings.
• Controlling and Reporting: Supporting monitoring and controlling HR-related expenses to ensure budget compliance; generating and analyzing reports on HR KPIs to inform top management and stakeholders.
• Salary Review and Bonus Payout: Assisting in the annual salary review process, including data analysis and documentation; supporting bonus payout administration.
• Sales Commissions: Maintaining records of sales performance and commissions; collaborating with sales and finance teams to streamline processes.
