In this role, you will support HR financial management, assist in budgeting, and analyze HR-related expenses. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and strong analytical skills. Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in Business Analysis is preferred.

Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in developing and maintaining HR budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
2. Analyzing personnel costs: Preparing strategic presentations for top management and Board meetings.
3. Controlling and Reporting: Supporting monitoring HR-related expenses to ensure budget compliance and generating reports on HR KPIs for management insights.
4. Salary Review and Bonus Payout: Assisting in the annual salary review process and bonus payout administration, ensuring adherence to policies.
5. Sales Commissions: Maintaining sales performance records, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with sales and finance teams to streamline processes.
