Job Opportunity: Junior Help Desk (Categories Protected - L.68/99)

QiBit, the ICT division of Gi Group S.p.A., an employment agency authorized under Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG, specializes in recruiting, training, onboarding, and developing IT professionals for the Italian market.

We are seeking a Junior Help Desk for an important energy service company. This role supports the IT manager and handles ticket management, PC and printer configuration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Membership in Protected Categories Art. 1/18 Law 68/99
• Strong interest in new technologies and IT
• Diploma in technical/scientific subjects
• Good teamwork skills, operational flexibility, and willingness to grow and learn

Additional Information:

• Location: Turin, with the possibility of smart working
• Contract Type: Direct contract with the company
• Working hours: Full-time, 9 am - 6 pm
• Benefits: Meal vouchers and corporate welfare
• Salary: To be discussed based on experience
