Position: Junior Healthcare Project Manager

As a Junior Healthcare Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects in digital health and communicating with pharmaceutical companies, monitoring daily activities and KPIs to be achieved. Your tasks will include:

• Managing projects end-to-end: designing and planning activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery;
• Coordinating the work of developers and designers to adhere to timelines;
• Interfacing with pharmaceutical companies;
• Meeting project release deadlines shared with clients;
• Managing provider and service costs;
• Developing and achieving internal KPIs, analyzing them regularly, highlighting deviations, and implementing corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• An economic degree (e.g., Economics & Management, Marketing, Strategic Management);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• Digital and communication skills;
• Interest in digital health;
• A practical mindset with the ability to find simple, effective solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality;
• Flexibility, prioritization skills, and motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and fast-growing environment;
• An agile, forward-thinking approach; ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with strong interpersonal abilities;
• Work is on-site.
