Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a Junior Merchandiser-Shoes to join the Merchandising Team.

You will help develop the collection in line with the brand strategy, meet market requirements, and pursue profitability while liaising with Design Studio and other functions. You’ll work with your team to drive meaningful results, analyze performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, support stock optimization across regions, and collect market insights to identify future

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in Merchandising or a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and product sensitivity.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Elaborate analysis on daily/weekly/monthly business performance.
• Support stock level optimization across regions to maximize sales.
• Develop understanding of competitors' strategies, brand positioning and pricing.
• Collect and analyze strategic trends to identify future sales opportunities.
• Assist in defining the collection brief (prices, function of use, trends).
• Support buying campaigns by preparing commercial tools and documentation.
