Job summary

IRCA Group in Gallarate (LOM, IT) is seeking a proactive Junior Food Technologist to join our R&D team for a 12-month, full‑time on‑site role. You will support product development across ice cream, bakery, creams, and related categories, contributing to data management and master data maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a Degree in Food Science and Technology, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian and English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science and Technology.
• Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2).
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; experience as a Food Technologist is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data processing activities and technical documentation support on the product datasheets.
• Formulation of recipes and/or re-elaboration following feedback.
• Analysis on pilot plants.
• Test new product and process solutions.
• Testing of alternatives.
• Sampling.
• Develop research on raw materials and semi-finished products.
• Product functional analysis.
