Virgin Active Italia recherche un Junior Financial Controller pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce rôle vous permettra de développer vos compétences en finance tout en soutenant la prise de décision à travers des analyses financières et la préparation de budgets. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant qui valorise l'innovation et la collaboration.

Competenze

• Diplôme de Bachelor en Finance, Économie ou domaine connexe.
• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente (stages inclus).
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Mansioni

• Collecter et analyser des données financières pour soutenir la prise de décision.
• Maintenir et mettre à jour les rapports d'activité quotidiens et les tableaux de bord KPI.
• Assister à la préparation de budgets et de prévisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze financial and business data to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update daily business reports and KPI dashboards.
• Act as a financial partner to other departments, providing insights and support.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (internships included).
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business metrics.
